Typical Meeting Agenda
1. Open Networking: Members and visitors have the opportunity to network.
2. Start of Formal Meeting: At the beginning of every meeting, members and visitors are welcomed by the chapter President, and the Leadership Team is introduced.
3. Networking Education: Our Educational Coordinator presents a topic having to do with networking and marketing.
4. 30-Second Presentations: Each member has the opportunity to introduce their business and tell fellow members how to identify prospects for them. The presentation includes a "memory hook" that summarizes what the member does in a short memorable phrase.
5. Visitor Presentations: After members presentations, visitors are asked to introduce their businesses.
6. Ten Minute Presentations: One or two members get the chance to present their company to the group for 8 to 10 minutes to help members to get a deeper understanding of the business and the best type of prospective clients.
7. Passing Referrals: This is the most important part of the meeting. Passing referrals is the main reason we get together on a weekly basis!! We also share testimonials or about any one 2 one meetings the last week (an additional way to build relationships with chapter members)
8. More Open Networking
Members and visitors have a further opportunity to network.
